研究了硅基和铝基陶瓷型芯脱除工艺对DZ40M钴基高温合金的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,硅基陶瓷型芯脱芯处理24 h后,DZ40M合金的组织和性能没有显著变化;经铝基陶瓷型芯脱芯处理300 h后,DZ40M合金的组织变化不明显,但是力学性能显著下降。在合金试样外层厚度约1 mm的环形区发生脆化,是其在脱芯处理过程中被充氢而发生氢脆引起的。
The effects of Si-based and Al-based ceramic core removal processes on microstructure and properties of DZ40M cobalt-based superalloy were investigated. The results showed that the microstructure and properties of DZ40M alloy did not change significantly after the core-based ceramic core was removed for 24 h. The microstructure and properties of DZ40M alloy after 300 h core-free removal of aluminum-based ceramic core were not obvious, but the mechanical properties were significant decline. Embrittlement occurred in the annular zone with the thickness of about 1 mm in the outer layer of the alloy specimen, which was caused by the hydrogen embrittlement of the outer layer of the alloy sample during the de-embellishment process.
