出版单位作为文化生产和传播机构,更应重视单位自身的组织文化建设,并善于从我国的传统文化中汲取有益资源,以丰富组织文化的內涵,提升组织文化的品质。中国传统的人本思想对于现今中国出版单位的组织文化建设具有重要意义。出版单位的领导层要在正确理解以人为本思想的基础上,采取有效举措,将以人为本贯彻到组织管理和组织文化建设的具体实践中,促进人的全面发展;尊重人的正当利益需求,保障人的平等权利,规范利益的实现途径,实现出版工作和文化事业的持续发展和繁荣。
