条件论者,就是见物不见人,看不到人这个主要因素的片面观点。我在工作中就存在着唯条件论。前一个时期,我对编制参考工具等问题上,总认为条件不成熟,而迟迟不动。如编制专题目录、索引时,我想文件没经过系统和全面的鉴定,即或编成了今后也得反工.结果是长期不动,等待条件成熟。调用专题材料时,就需要查历年的目录,化时不少,影响了工作。另外,还认为要编就得编大的,全面的,否则就不合乎中央机关
