妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症是妊娠期合并症,其特征为妊娠期出现皮肤瘙痒及特发性黄疸症[1]。门诊对妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症仅甘胆酸轻度升高、皮肤轻度瘙痒的患者给予饮食营养干预治疗,具有一定的治疗意义。分析如下。
