目的探讨临床上首诊于眼科的面神经麻痹患者早期诊断和治疗的价值。方法对12例(12眼)首诊于眼科的面神经麻痹患者总结并分析其临床特点。结果 12例患者早期流泪症状明显,均得到明确诊断并得到及时治疗。结论临床上容易误诊漏治首诊于眼科的面神经麻痹患者,以流泪症状就诊患者要常规检查面部运动功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of early diagnosis and treatment of facial paralysis in ophthalmology. Methods Twelve patients (12 eyes) with first facial paralysis in ophthalmology were summarized and their clinical features were analyzed. Results The early symptoms of lacrimation in 12 patients were clearly diagnosed and were treated promptly. Conclusion Clinically easy to misdiagnosis of the first diagnosis of facial paralysis in patients with ophthalmology, to patients with tearing symptoms routine examination of facial motor function.
