目的:观察芪参护心汤对心肌缺血再灌注所致大鼠心律失常的影响。方法:采用结扎冠脉法制备大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,记录各组大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图,并测定心肌组织中Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase的活性。结果:芪参护心汤能减少再灌注心律失常的发生,显著提高心肌组织Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性。结论:芪参护心汤具有防治心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的作用,其机理可能与改善缺血心肌能量代谢障碍有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qishen Huoxin Decoction on arrhythmia induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats. METHODS: Rat models of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury were prepared by ligation of coronary artery. The electrocardiograms of rats’II lead were recorded and the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in myocardial tissue were determined. Results: Qishen Huinxin Decoction can reduce the occurrence of reperfusion arrhythmia, and significantly increase the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in myocardial tissue. Conclusion: Qishen Huoxin Decoction can prevent and treat myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia, and its mechanism may be related to the improvement of ischemic myocardial energy metabolism disorder.
