本文观察了13名正常人单独肌肉注射多巴胺受体阻滞剂灭吐灵(MCP)及左旋多巴与MGP联合使用对醛固酮分泌的影响。结果显示:注射MCP后血醛固酮水平显著升高,P<0.05~0.001;加用左旋多巴后,MCP促进醛固酮分泌反应有所减弱;而试验过程中血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ),血钾、血钠、血压和脉搏无明显变化。说明肌注MCP与静注相似,能够刺激醛固酮分泌,并提示MCP经多巴胺能机制调节醛固酮分泌,MCP与多巴胺可能在醛固酮分泌细胞的多巴胺受体水平相互竟争,影响醛固酮分泌。
In this paper, we observed the effects of intramuscular injection of dopamine receptor blocker (MCP) and the combination of levodopa and MGP on the secretion of aldosterone in 13 normal subjects. The results showed that the levels of serum aldosterone were significantly increased after MCP injection (P <0.05 ~ 0.001). After L-dopa treatment with MCP, the secretion of aldosterone was weakened. However, the levels of ATⅡ, Serum sodium, blood pressure and pulse no significant change. It shows that intramuscular injection of MCP is similar to intravenous injection and can stimulate the secretion of aldosterone. It also suggests that MCP modulates the secretion of aldosterone by dopaminergic mechanism. MCP and dopamine may compete with dopamine receptors in aldosterone secreting cells and affect the secretion of aldosterone.
