高校图书馆不仅要完成基本的服务职能,还必须进行不断地提高与完善,融合到教学与科研的学术氛围之中,促进学校学术发展。学科馆员制度则通过对高校图书馆馆员一系列的工作职责的要求,达成各学院与图书馆的学术交流,最终有效地提高了高校整体的学术氛围。
The university library not only needs to fulfill the basic service function, but also must continuously improve and perfect it, integrate it into the academic atmosphere of teaching and research, and promote the academic development of the university. The subject librarian system achieves the academic exchange between colleges and libraries through the requirements of a series of job responsibilities of librarians in colleges and universities, and finally effectively improves the overall academic atmosphere in colleges and universities.
