近年来,河南省各级民政部门紧紧围绕构建社会主义和谐社会这一中心,不断强化“以民为本、为民解困、为民服务”的核心理念,认真履行“解决民生、落实民权、维护民利”的基本职责,高度重视改革创新,始终坚持以创新的精神推动实践,以改革的思路谋划工作,以发展的办法解决问题,推动河南民政工作取得全面进步,部分业务取得重要突破,为新形势下进一步做好民政工作积累了新经验,提供了新思路。
