目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定枸橼酸中铝含量的方法。方法:利用0.2%的硝酸对样品进行溶解和稀释,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,检测波长为309.3nm,电流15mA,光谱通带宽度为0.7nm。结果:最低检出限为0.005μg·g-1,重复测定相对标准偏差为1.47%(n=6),平均回收率为93.04%。结论:方法操作简便、准确性高,可用于测定枸橼酸中铝的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of aluminum in citric acid by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The samples were dissolved and diluted with 0.2% nitric acid and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The detection wavelength was 309.3nm, the current was 15mA and the passband of the spectrum was 0.7nm. Results: The detection limit was 0.005 μg · g-1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.47% (n = 6). The average recovery was 93.04%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used to determine the content of aluminum in citric acid.
