目的:探讨芝麻素对肾性高血压大鼠靶器官的抗氧化作用。方法:复制两肾一夹型肾性高血压大鼠(RHR)模型,给药6w后,测定大鼠心、肝、脑、肾靶器官组织匀浆超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS)含量。结果:芝麻素高(100mg/kg.d)、中(33mg/kg.d)剂量可明显降低各器官组织匀浆的ROS、MDA含量,升高SOD的活力,且具有剂量依赖关系。结论:芝麻素对肾性高血压大鼠重要器官具有保护作用,其机制可能与调节氧自由基代谢,提高抗氧化能力有关。
Objective: To investigate the anti-oxidation effect of sesamin on target organs of renal hypertensive rats. METHODS: Two-kidney and one-clip renal hypertensive rat (RHR) models were replicated. After 6 weeks of administration, the heart, liver, brain, and kidney target organ tissues were homogenized with superoxide dismutase (SOD) and C. Dialdehyde (MDA), reactive oxygen species (ROS) content. RESULTS: Sesamin-high (100mg/kg.d) and middle (33mg/kg.d) doses significantly reduced the ROS and MDA contents in the homogenates of various organs and increased the activity of SOD in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Sesamin can protect important organs of renal hypertensive rats. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of oxygen free radical metabolism and the improvement of antioxidant capacity.
