河南省煤炭经济研究会1987年年会于12月11日至12日在鹤壁矿务局召开。参加会议的有河南省煤炭经济研究会常务理事、基层煤经会负责人、论文作者共41人。河南省煤炭经济研究会理事长吕宗康、副理事长杨福民主持了会议。《煤炭经济研究》编辑部的代表应邀出席了会议。 会议传达了中国煤炭经济研究会1987年年会精神。这次年会共收到学术论文48篇,宣读的有15篇。论文内容包括完善总承包、改革企业内部经营机制和管理制度、开展双增双节、推行现代化管理方法等课题。年会着重对两权分离的多种形式、企业内部分配办法的改革和加强行业管理搞活地方煤矿等方面进行了探讨。
Henan Province Coal Economic Research Association 1987 annual meeting on December 11 to 12 held at Hebi Mining Bureau. The meeting attended by Henan Provincial Coal Economic Research Association executive director, grass-roots coal by the Council responsible person, the author a total of 41 people. Lv Zongkang, chairman of Henan Coal Economic Research Association and Yang Fumin, vice chairman of the board, chaired the meeting. Representatives of Editorial Department of “Coal Economic Research” were invited to attend the meeting. The meeting convened the spirit of the 1987 Annual Meeting of China Coal Economy Research Association. This year a total of 48 academic papers were received, read 15. The content of the paper includes improving the general contracting, reforming the operating mechanism and management system in the enterprise, carrying out the project of double-increasing and double-increasing, and implementing the modern management methods. The annual meeting focused on the various forms of separation of ownership, the reform of the internal distribution of enterprises and the strengthening of industrial management to invigorate local coal mines.
