我国越来越多的企业已经认识到员工培训在现代企业发展中的重要地位,并开始积极探索有效的培训方式、方法,但是由于企业员工培训工作刚刚兴起,还存在诸多问题,主要表现在以下三方面:对员工培训认识不足,观念陈旧,投入不足;培训内容、方式和手段缺乏针对性、有效性、多样化,员工培训工作与企业总体目标脱节;培训效果评估、反馈机制和激励机制不够健全,培训的短视效应明显。由此看来,与组织实际需要紧密结合,有针对性地实施员工培训是实现企业员工培训有效性的有力措施。一、转变观念,重视培训,
