第一章总则第1条〔法律宗旨〕本法律以援助残疾人康复,进行其康复所需的保护,以此为残疾人生活安定作贡献,谋求其福利的增进为宗旨。第2条〔努力自立和确保机会〕所有残疾人应通过主动克服自身残疾,发挥自身能力努力参与社会经济活动。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 [Purpose of Law] This Law aims at assisting the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities to carry out the protection they need for their rehabilitation so as to contribute to the stability of the lives of persons with disabilities and to seek the enhancement of their welfare. Article 2 All Persons with Disabilities Should Strive to Participate in Socio-Economic Activities by Active Overcome of Their Disabilities and Their Own Capabilities.
