我国从日本购进的链斗式挖泥船,使用三年,发现轴承箱圆角处出现裂纹。为了分析裂纹产生的原因,将裂纹补焊后,进行现场实际工况测试,获得载荷—时间历程曲线。编制载荷谱、估算裂纹处的疲劳寿命。计算结果表明,在裂纹处的疲劳寿命为2000小时,与实际裂纹寿命2450小时很接近。测试分析证明,该处确为疲劳破坏。本文以挖泥船轴承箱局部疲劳寿命计算为例,阐明了随机应力构件寿命估算的一般方法。
China purchased from Japan chain bucket dredger, the use of three years and found that bearing box fillet cracks. In order to analyze the causes of cracks, after the cracks were repaired, actual field conditions were tested to obtain the load-time history curves. Compile the load spectrum and estimate the fatigue life at the crack. The calculation results show that the fatigue life at the crack is 2000 hours, which is close to the actual crack life of 2,450 hours. Test analysis shows that the department is indeed fatigue damage. In this paper, the calculation of the local fatigue life of the dredger bearing box is taken as an example to illustrate the general method of estimating the life of stochastic stress components.
