出新是对领导讲话稿的基本要求,也是对领导讲话稿的最高要求,更是我们文字人员孜孜以求的目标。本人从事综合文稿写作20余年,虽然还没有达到最佳境界,但一直在朝这方面努力。每次接到文稿任务,首先想到的就是如何出新;行文过程中,最为关注的就是怎样出新;文稿完成后,反复琢磨的还是是否出新。根据个人的理解和体会,领导讲话的出新,可以通过以下方面来体现。
