二代农民工基本没种过地,他们的多种愿望只有在城市中得到满足与十年前相比,如今进城打工的新一代农民工有了温饱以外的更多追求。他们有文化,眼界广,需求多,不会为基本生活条件的满足而止步。他们期待融入城市,期待更现代化的生活方式,期待精神生活的丰富。当他们的愿望与现行的用工条件形成较大落差时,一系列新的冲突浮出水面。接受《瞭望》新闻周刊采访的多位专
The second generation of migrant workers basically never grow up, and their various aspirations can only be met in the cities. Compared with ten years ago, the migrant workers now working in urban areas have more pleasures beyond adequate food and clothing. They have a culture, a wide range of perspectives and many needs, and will not stop for the satisfaction of basic living conditions. They look forward to integrating into the city, looking forward to a more modern lifestyle and looking forward to the enrichment of spiritual life.
