This article describes the distribution and variation characteristics of silicon, nitrogen and phosphorus in Hangzhou Bayou water. The survey shows that the distribution and variation characteristics are mainly determined by the runoff from the Qiantang River, the fresh water from the Yangtze River and the open sea. There was a positive correlation between silicate and salinity in December and a negative correlation in May, July and October. Nitrate and salinity were negatively correlated. There was no significant correlation between phosphate and salinity. After preliminary calculation, the annual output fluxes of runoff silicon, nitrogen and phosphorus in Qiantang River are respectively 101 kilotons of Si / year, 42.5 kilotons of N / year and 67.1 × 10 ~ (-2) kiloton of P / year.
