在柑桔抗寒育种工作中,我们从1973年以来,选用了多胚性的甜橙优良品种的种子,利用胚芽嫁接在一年生枳壳苗上,发现胚芽嫁接苗的抗寒力显著提高,与同品种实生苗相比,栽培性状加强,植株有矮化现象。1979年又将山金柑种子的胚芽嫁接在枳壳上,发现一年生嫁接的部分苗木当年开花结果,与同岭实生苗相比,不仅提早结实而且植栋生长量大。现将试验结果介绍如下。
