新年伊始,劳动和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心与微软(中国)有限公司在北京香格里拉饭店举行新闻发布会,宣布双方将联合推出国家职业资格信息技术双认证考试。劳动和社会保障部林用三副部长出席了本次新闻发布会。“国家职业资格信息技术双认证考试”正式启动表明政府与IT企业共同对IT人才进行培训和认证有了新的尝试。此次合作将给我国的IT培训行业设定更高的标准,同时也是中国加入WTO之后,我国政府在推广普及计算机应用、促进企业信息化、提升就业人员职业技能水平和竞争力等方面所做出的重要举措。劳动保障部为适应全球经济一体化,加强就业人员的计算机技能,从而提高个人和用人单位的生产率而采取的一项切实措施,选择了在这一领域居领先地位的微软公司共同实施这一项目。国家职业资格信息技术双认证考试面向社会以国家职业资格鉴定和证书管理政策为依据,由劳动和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心组织,提供微软支持,旨在测评应试者掌握IT企业产品应用能力水平的考试,对考试合格者由劳动保障部和微软共同颁发认证证书。
