目的:研究苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取北方医院接收的高血压病人120例,随机分为两组,其中对照组服用硝苯地平,治疗组服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片,分别观察两组患者用药后的血压变化情况。结果:治疗组用药后总有效率为95%,对照组有效率77%,经统计学分析P<0.05;不良反应发生情况:治疗组发生率3.3%,对照组发生率16.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片能够有效的降低患者血压,不良反应少,患者的顺应性好,是一种比较理想的降血压药物。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension. Methods: Totally 120 hypertensive patients were recruited from Northern Hospital and randomly divided into two groups. The control group took nifedipine. The treatment group took levamlodipine besylate tablets. The change of blood pressure . Results: The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 77% in the control group, P <0.05 by statistical analysis. The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.3% in the treatment group and 16.7% in the control group, with statistical differences Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Levamlodipine besylate tablets can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with less adverse reactions, patients with good compliance, is an ideal antihypertensive drugs.
