《机械与电子》杂志创刊已经五周年了。它经历了所有创业者开拓事业的初级阶段,迎来了任重道远、光辉灿烂的美好前景。正如国务委员、机械电子工业部部长邹家华同志为本刊创刊五周年专门题词所示:“发扬机械与电子结合的巨大力量”,这是当今技术世界的方向所指,大势所趋。机械技术的重要性,无论在过去、现在以至将来,已是众所皆知,无庸置疑的。而在所有的新技术里,当前微电子技术则更使人寄于希望和感到振奋。机械工业要进一步发展,产品要更新换代,它必须应用微电子技术;微电子技术要能充分发挥其作用,又必须渗透到机械技术的各个领域。所以,从机械技术与电子技术的结合到机械技术与电子技术的融合,即机电一体化技术的出现和深化,这是装备技术发展的大方向,是必由之路。
