一、前言: 投掷链球,从持球到球离手需要3~4圈旋转。所以掷链球时,为正确地掌握人体和球一连贯地运动,不仅要从侧面观察,还须从运动者的上方进行观察、分析是很重要的。对受试者的动作,过去只采用从侧面的分析,从来没有过上方的研究。由此,本研究对受试者用16mm胶卷,分析受试者的动作和球的轨迹来说明掷链球的生物侧定学的特征。二、方法: 1.受试者: 本研究挑选了一名日本链球记录保持者,年龄,身长、体重及1982年的最高记录(表一)。他的掷链球方法是左旋转4圈的投掷法。

Subjects: This study selected a Japanese hammer throwing record holder, age, height, weight and highest record in 1982 (Table I). His method of throwing a hammer is a four-turn throwing method.
