建立了一种用非水毛细管电泳测定己烯雌酚的新方法 .该方法中以甲醇作为溶剂 ,以乙酸钠作为电解质 ,研究了三羟甲基氨基甲烷 ( Tris)的加入对分离己烯雌酚及其分解产物的影响 .以 0 .0 1 mmol/L Tris-2 5mmol/L乙酸钠的甲醇溶液作为电泳介质 ,己烯雌酚及其离解产物能够得到成功的分离 .该方法应用于己烯雌酚片剂中有效成分的含量测定 ,结果令人满意
A new method was developed for the determination of diethylstilbestrol by non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis. In this method, methanol was used as the solvent and sodium acetate was used as the electrolyte to study the effects of the addition of Tris on the separation of diethylstilbestrol and its decomposition products .The diethylstilbestrol and its dissociation products can be successfully separated by using 0.1 mmol / L Tris-2 5 mmol / L sodium acetate in methanol as electrophoresis medium.This method was applied to the determination of the active ingredient in diethylstilbestrol tablets, The result is satisfactory
