最近十几年間,随着反射炉在銅鎳冶金上的应用和发展,苏联学者对反射炉的工作原理和計算作了大量研究。其中,基奥米多夫斯基提出的理論計算法被广泛使用着。但是这种方法中的重要原始数据(单位生产率、空間热强度和炉子的初步尺寸)仍然取自工厂的統計資料,理論計算仅在于糾正因缺乏經驗和没有同設計条件相适应的資料而造成的錯誤选择。所以,基奧米多夫斯基的理論計算法,实质上只不过是一种比較完善的經驗法。这种方法虽然指出了炉子尺寸和构造的发展,但是炉子設計工作仍被局限于目前的炉子技术发展阶段,炉子尺寸仍需要經过多次計算才能得出正确的結果。因此,笔者导出了計算反射炉单位生产率和空間热强度
In the recent ten years, with the application and development of reverberatory furnaces in copper-nickel metallurgy, Soviet scholars have done a lot of research on the working principle and calculation of reverberatory furnaces. Among them, the theory calculation method proposed by Chodomeodowski is widely used. However, the important raw data (unit productivity, thermal strength in space and initial size of the furnace) in this method are still taken from the factory statistics and the theoretical calculations are only made to correct the data due to lack of experience and no corresponding design conditions Wrong choice.
