一线教师如何走进孩子的内心世界?笔者认为,必须理解孩子所做的每一件事,尊重孩子的想法,接纳孩子的个别差异。我的具体做法是:一、耐心倾听——了解孩子心里想什么真正的教育是从心与心开始的。幼儿有一百种语言,可以使用一百种不同方式表达他们对事物的态度,那么,教师关注幼儿的最好方式就是倾听,敞开心扉倾听幼儿的心声。俗话说,“没有规矩,不成方圆”。对幼儿园而言,进行常规教育本无可厚非。
How teachers come into the child’s inner world? I believe that we must understand everything a child does, respect the child’s idea, and accept the child’s individual differences. For kindergartens, there is nothing wrong with conducting routine education.
