兰家沟钼矿为难选辉钼矿石,采用一般选矿方法很难获得较满意的指标,该试验研究主要是探索新的浮选药剂及新的工艺流程。研究结果表明,兰家沟辉钼矿以聚丙烯酸钠与水玻璃并用做为脉石抑制剂,二线芳烃做为捕收剂可获得较好的效果,粗精矿再磨可提高钼精矿品位和回收率。上述三项措施选别矿石可大幅度提高选矿指标。
