从日本三井三池制作所引进的MRH-S-100-41型煤巷掘进机,已在我国的一些煤矿中应用。本人在学习了该机的技术资料,听了日本技术人员的介绍之后,现对主电动机的起动报警电路提出一点改进意见。该机的电气控制电路设计意图是,在主电动机起动前,先行报警,主电动机起动完成后报警停止。原线路如图1,其动作顺序为:先按压报警控制按钮PB_2,中间继电器AR_3和时间继电器TR_1同时带电,TR_1常开接点闭合,使PB_2自锁进行报警。而TR_1之延时闭合接点TR_1经5s后接通,即接通133
MRH-S-100-41 coal tunnel boring machine imported from Mitsui Sanchi Co., Ltd. has been used in some coal mines in our country. I was studying the technical information of the aircraft, after listening to the introduction of Japanese technicians, is now on the main motor starter alarm circuit to make some improvements. The machine’s electrical control circuit design intent is that before the main motor starts, the first alarm, the main motor stop alarm after the completion of the start. The original circuit shown in Figure 1, the action sequence: First press the alarm control button PB_2, intermediate relay AR_3 and time relay TR_1 at the same time charged, TR_1 normally open contacts closed, PB_2 self-locking alarm. The TR_1 delay closed contact TR_1 after 5s connected, that is connected to 133
