目的:探讨氯化汞(HgCl2)对小鼠毒性作用。方法:采用毒理学方法观察HgCl2对小鼠体重、脏器系数和精子畸形率的影响,并作F检验和q检验以及u检验。结果:HgCl22.0mg/kg和1.0mg/kg体重染毒后体重增长明显低于阴性对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);HgCl22.0mg/kg体重组肝脏器系数明显高于HgCl21.0mg/kg组和阴性对照组(P<0.01),而肾、脾脏器系数均显著低于HgCl21.0mg/kg体重组和阴性对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);精子畸形率也较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:HgCl2对小鼠具有显著地毒性作用。
Objective: To investigate the toxicity of mercury chloride (HgCl2) to mice. Methods: Toxicology was used to observe the effects of HgCl2 on body weight, organ coefficient and sperm deformity in mice.
