目的 :研究软骨分化表达基因1(differentiated embryo-chondrocyte expressed gene l,DEC1)在口腔鳞癌中的表达,以期为口腔鳞癌的诊断和预后评估提供依据。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测80例口腔鳞癌组织及30例正常口腔黏膜组织中DEC1蛋白的表达,并分析相关的临床病理因素。采用SPSS10.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:口腔鳞癌组织中DEC1的阳性表达率为92.50%,正常口腔黏膜组织中DEC1的阳性表达率为6.67%,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。DEC1的表达在高、中、低不同分化程度口腔鳞癌组织之间以及在有、无淋巴结转移的口腔鳞癌组织之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DEC1的表达上调可能与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of differentiated embryo-chondrocyte gene 1 (DEC1) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), and to provide evidence for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of DEC1 protein in 80 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases of normal oral mucosa tissues, and to analyze the related clinicopathological factors. SPSS10.0 software package for statistical analysis of the data. Results: The positive expression rate of DEC1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was 92.50%. The positive expression rate of DEC1 in normal oral mucosa was 6.67% (P <0.05). The expression of DEC1 was significantly different between oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues with different grades of high, medium and low differentiation as well as with and without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion: The up-regulation of DEC1 may be related to the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
