目的 :用RP -HPLC法测定胞二磷胆碱的含量。方法 :采用RP -HPLC法 ,用InertsilODS - 3柱 ;以 pH4 5磷酸盐缓冲液 -甲醇 (95∶5 )为流动相 ;检测波长 2 76nm。结果 :胞二磷胆碱在 0 0 75～ 0 75mg·mL-1范围内呈线性关系 (r =0 9999)。结论 :此法简便、准确、专属性强。
Objective: To determine the content of citicoline by RP-HPLC. Methods: RP - HPLC method was used with Inertsil ODS - 3 column. The mobile phase was pH4 5 phosphate buffer - methanol (95: 5). The detection wavelength was 2 76 nm. Results: citicoline in the 0 0 75 ~ 0 75mg · mL-1 range of linear (r = 0 9999). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and specific.
