苯二氮(艹卓)类(benzodidzepines BZ)是一类抗焦虑药物,它通过机体内苯二氮(艹卓)受体(BZ-R)的介导起作用.虽然Huntley等(1990)和Vitoricd等(1990)报道过苯二氮(艹卓)受体在脑内的分布及年龄性变化,但是在脊髓内的分布情况迄今尚无报道.本文用苯二氮(艹卓)受体单克隆抗体的免疫组织化学反应,观察了苯二氮(艹卓)受体在不同年龄组大鼠脊髓的分布,为进一步探讨此受体在脊髓内的生理和药理的作用机理提供形态学依据.
Benzodiazepines BZ is an anti-anxiety drug that is mediated through the body’s benzodiazepine receptor (BZ-R) .Although Huntley et al. (1990) and Vitoricd et al. (1990) reported the distribution and age-related changes of benzodiazepine receptor in the brain, but there was no report about the distribution in the spinal cord.Therefore, The immunohistochemical reaction of the cloned antibody was carried out to observe the distribution of benzodiazepine receptors in the spinal cord of rats of different age groups and provide the morphological evidence for further exploring the physiological and pharmacological mechanism of this receptor in the spinal cord.
