当代生态文明建设有赖于各类绿色技术的不断创新与发展,然而只单方面的关注于此是不足的,其更有赖于整个科技自主创新的全面生态化。通过分析可知,福建省现有的科技发展及其自主创新的政策仍停留在工业文明阶段,即其仍主要以推动本省经济发展为目标,将科技发展及自主创新作为推动获取经济利益的工具。唯有树立生态文明理念,将生态理论及其规律引入科技自主创新的全过程,方能真正使科技发展及其自主创新成为生态文明发展的核心推力。
The construction of modern ecological civilization depends on the continuous innovation and development of various green technologies. However, it is not sufficient to pay attention to this aspect alone, and it depends more on the overall ecology of the independent innovation of science and technology. Through the analysis, we can see that the existing science and technology development and the policy of independent innovation in Fujian still remain in the stage of industrial civilization. That is, it still mainly aims to promote the economic development in Fujian Province, using technological development and independent innovation as tools for promoting economic benefits. Only by establishing the concept of ecological civilization and introducing the ecological theory and its laws into the entire process of independent innovation in science and technology can we truly make the development of science and technology and its independent innovation the core thrust for the development of ecological civilization.
