用RTPCR方法,定量检测了30例食管癌和相应切断正常粘膜组织中多药抗药(MultiDrugResistance,MDR)性基因1的表达。结果:癌组织中33.3%的病例存在MDR1基因的表达,而相对应的切断正常粘膜组织中,仅有13.3%的病例存在MDR1基因的表达,皆为低中度表达。P<0.05,2者间差异有显著性。但MDR1基因的表达与食管癌临床病理资料如性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分级、淋巴结转移、TNM分期等无关。结果提示:MDR1基因的表达在食管癌的发生中起一定的作用,它可能与食管癌的原发性耐药有关。
RT PCR was used to quantitatively detect the expression of Multidrug Resistance (MDR) gene 1 in 30 cases of esophageal cancer and correspondingly cut off normal mucosal tissues. RESULTS: MDR1 gene expression was found in 33.3% of the cancerous tissues, whereas only 13.3% of the corresponding normal mucosal tissues had MDR1 gene expression. All of them were low-to-moderate. P <0.05, the difference between the two significant. However, the expression of MDR1 gene was not associated with clinical and pathological data of esophageal cancer such as gender, age, tumor size, grade, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, and so on. The results suggest that the expression of MDR1 gene plays a role in the occurrence of esophageal cancer, which may be related to the primary drug resistance of esophageal cancer.
