苯乙烯焦油是苯乙烯生产厂的工业下脚料,其主要化学成份是苯乙烯的低聚物,聚合度为几十到几百.常温下是一种高度粘稠的物质.目前国内外对其开发利用不多,绝大多数厂家只做燃料,我们课题组于1988年底专门立项研究了该焦油的开发利用问题,我们研究的重要环节是焦油的热裂解,至于裂解液的分离.因它是有机化工分离(分馏)的普遍性问题,本文仅对苯乙烯焦油热裂解过程中的若干问题加以讨论.
