现在模具行业发展迅速,很多领域都有模具制造出来的产品,为了使模具制作出来的产品质量越来越好,技术人员已经开始使用变模温注塑工艺制作产品,其关键在于控制注塑时的温度,一般情况下,保证模具表面的温度高于塑料玻璃化转变温度就可以减少产品表面瑕疵量,例如熔接痕、喷射痕等,产品冷却阶段,产品快速冷却以减少注塑成型周期,因此可以看出温度在注塑中的重要性。本文先简要介绍变模温注塑工艺的原理,最后重点分析蒸汽辅助加热变模温控制技术的注塑过程及其优化方法。
