本文报告101例贲门溃疡内镜检查,共检出恶性溃疡29例(28.91%),良性溃疡68例(67.33%),癌前溃疡4例(3.96%),其中86.2%(25/29)恶性溃疡合并慢性萎缩性胃炎,4例癌前溃疡均合并慢性萎缩性胃炎。46.2%(29/68)的良性溃疡合并幽门及十二指肠球部疾病,恶性溃疡与良性溃疡合并萎缩性胃炎的发生率相比较差异有显著意义。结果表明,贲门恶性溃疡与慢性萎缩性胃炎,贲门良性溃疡与幽门十二指肠的球部疾病密切相关。
This article reported 101 cases of cardiac ulcers endoscopy, a total of 29 cases (28.91%) of malignant ulcers, 68 cases of benign ulcers (67.33%), 4 cases of precancerous ulcers (3.96%), of which 86.2% (25/29) malignant Ulcers were associated with chronic atrophic gastritis, and 4 cases of precancerous ulcers were associated with chronic atrophic gastritis. 46.2% (29/68) of benign ulcers were associated with pylorus and duodenal diseases. The incidence of malignant ulcers and benign ulcers with atrophic gastritis was significantly different. The results showed that the gastric cardia malignant ulcer was closely related to chronic atrophic gastritis, benign cardiac inflammation, and pyloric duodenal bulb disease.
