由国家档案局档案科学技术研究所和中国档案学会档案保护技术委员会联合举行的全国档案保护技术研讨会,于1986年11月15日至21日在我省怀化市召开。参加这次会议的有全国28个省、市(区)档案局的代表、部分高等学校从事档案保护技术教学、科研的学者、教授、教师,以及中央档案馆和国家部分专业档案馆的负责同志等,共70人。中国档案学会档案保护技术委员会主任、中国人民大学档案学院教授冯乐耘同志在会上致了开幕词。中国档案学会副理事长、中央档案馆馆长王明哲同志作了重要讲话。国家档案局科研所所长徐义全同志作了报告。这次会议是建国以来第一次档案保护技术研讨会。大会收到论文40多篇,会上宣读了18篇。
The National Archives Protection Technology Symposium jointly held by the Archives Science and Technology Research Institute of the State Archives Bureau and the Archives Protection Technology Committee of China Archives Association was held in Huaihua City, our province from November 15 to November 21, 1986. Attending the meeting were representatives from 28 archives bureaus of all provinces and cities (districts) in China and some of the institutions of higher learning engaged in file protection technology teaching and research scholars, professors and teachers as well as responsible comrades of the Central Archives and some national archives A total of 70 people. Archives Society of China Archives Protection Technology Committee, Renmin University of China Archives Professor Feng Leyun made an opening speech at the meeting. Chinese Archives Association vice chairman, director of the Central Archives Wang Mingzhe made an important speech. National Archives Research Institute Comrade Xu Yi Quan made a report. This conference is the first archival protection technology seminar since the founding of New China. The conference received more than 40 papers, 18 were read at the conference.
