“不忘初心”是开展思想政治教育的重要指导,是对思想政治教育工作的形象总结,在金融市场日益复杂的环境下,加强信用社职工的思想政治工作对增强信用社抵御金融风险能力、提升工作人员的综合素质具有积极地促进作用,因此基于“两学一做”学习教育的要求,信用社要从加强职工思想政治教育工作入手,以此促进信用社管理水平。
