球墨铸铁具有良好的润滑及减摩作用。采用软氮化处理,氮与铁在零件的表面形成白亮层,而石墨不与氮作用仍露于表面。软氮化层具有较好的抗粘着磨损能力。因此选用球墨铸铁作模具材料加上软氮化的处理方法,不但发挥了球墨铸铁良好的润滑及减摩作用,而且又利用了软氮化层的性能特点,从而可使粘着磨损减少到最小的程度。我厂的拉伸凹模选用QT60-2球墨铸铁,铸件要求球化良好,内孔组织致密,不应有气孔疏松。铸造后正火,车削加工到最终尺寸,再经软氮化处理。1.模具的热处理
Ductile iron has a good lubrication and anti-friction effect. With nitrocarburizing, nitrogen and iron form a white bright layer on the surface of the part, while graphite does not remain exposed on the surface without the action of nitrogen. Soft nitride layer has better anti-adhesive wear capacity. Therefore, the choice of ductile iron mold material with nitrocarburizing treatment, not only ductile iron has played a good lubrication and anti-friction effect, but also take advantage of the performance characteristics of nitrocarburized, which can reduce adhesive wear to a minimum degree. I use the factory selection of stretch die QT60-2 ductile iron, castings require a good ball, the inner pore structure is tight, there should be no loose pores.
