现在介绍一种在镗床上加工球面的方法,用这种方法加工球面不须要复杂的工具,对单件和小批生产很适合。工具的结构如附图所示。1是转盘,装在镗床的工作台上,用螺钉固紧。2是底座,固定在转盘1的T形槽内。3是拖板,和底座2的燕尾槽相配;在燕尾槽中装一个楔铁4,并用螺钉5固紧。在拖板中装有丝杆11,它与底座2上的螺母相配,在丝杆上固定有手轮10。6是圆刀杆,装在拖板3的圆孔中,用螺钉7固紧;
