1988年我们首次研究报道了甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(Glycidyl methacrylate,GINA)对原核、真核细胞及哺乳类动物的遗传损伤和诱变作用。本文采用叙利亚金黄地鼠胚胎(SHE)细胞转化试验,对其致癌性进行初步探讨。实验结果表明:阳性对照组和GMA处理组中均出现Ⅲ型转化
In 1988, we first reported the genetic damage and mutagenesis of Glycidyl methacrylate (GINA) in prokaryotes, eukaryotes and mammals. In this paper, Syrian golden hamster embryo (SHE) cell transformation test to conduct a preliminary study of its carcinogenicity. The experimental results show that both the positive control group and the GMA treatment group showed type III transformation
