本文通过平板机运动试验,对轻度缺铁性贫血(简称IDA)患儿和正常儿童的有氧能力状况进行配对比较,研究结果表明IDA患儿在极量运动负荷时表现出耐受时间明显缩短,最大通气量和最大氧耗量明显下降;耐受时间与血红蛋白水平呈显著正相关;次极量运动负荷时心率和氧耗占最大值的百分比值明显增大。贫血儿童经铁剂治疗后,不仅血红蛋白上升到正常水平,同时最大耐受时间显著增加,最大通气量和氧耗量有所提高。结果提示轻度IDA对心肺功能和有氧能力的功能性损伤是存在的,但经过铁剂治疗这种功能性损伤是可以改善的。
In this paper, we compared the aerobic status of children with mild iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and normal children through the treadmill exercise test. The results showed that the IDA children showed a significant tolerance time under extreme exercise load Shortened, the maximum ventilation and the maximum oxygen consumption decreased significantly; tolerance time and hemoglobin level was significantly positive correlation; submaximal exercise load heart rate and oxygen consumption accounted for the largest percentage of the value was significantly increased. After the treatment of iron deficiency anemia, not only hemoglobin rose to normal levels, while the maximum tolerated time increased significantly, the maximum ventilation and oxygen consumption increased. The results suggest that mild functional impairment of cardiopulmonary function and aerobic capacity exists in mild IDA, but this functional impairment after iron treatment can be improved.
