菜花,做为洋溢着春天气息的花,一直受到日本人的青睐。其用途,与其说是蔬菜,更多的则是被用于做菜籽油和切花。但是,在最近的小量、多品种的食文化生活中,作为春期蔬菜其柔和的清香和一点点苦味很受人们的欢迎。在消费不断扩大的影响之下,由依靠花蕾大而分散的一般品种,可望培育出花蕾集中、品质优良、高产的F_1代杂交品种。 这次介绍的“秋华”和冬华,是用于年内早熟栽培和冬季长期采摘栽培的新品种。这两个品种,都具有花蕾色泽浓绿、集中、耐贮存的优点,是深受市场欢迎的杂交品种。品种正式推广前,在主要产地进行了连续试验栽培,两个品种都收到了与培育目标相符的结果。
Cauliflower, as a spring filled with flowers, has been favored by the Japanese. Its use, not so much vegetables, is more used to make rapeseed oil and cut flowers. However, in the recent small, multi-species food culture, its soft fragrance and a little bit of bitterness as a spring vegetable are very popular with people. Under the influence of expanding consumption, the general varieties with large buds and scattered buds are expected to breed F1 hybrids with high flower buds, high quality and high yield. The introduction of “Qiuhua” and Donghua, is used for early maturing during the year and winter long-term cultivation of new varieties. These two varieties, have flower bud color dark green, concentrated, resistant to storage advantages, is well received by the market of hybrid varieties. Prior to the official promotion of varieties, continuous trial cultivation was conducted in the main producing areas, and both cultivars received results in line with the cultivation objectives.
