近年来我国数控机床行业发展迅猛,为保证数据机床加工过程能够得以稳定的发展,需要对数控机床工作进行实时监控,同时对出现的故障能够做到有专业人才进行诊断与维修,依据对数据机床进给伺服系统技术的要求,本文对数控机床进给伺服系统的发展现状进行分析,对加工过程中存在的问题及经常出现的故障进行深入研究,从而提出常见故障及维修方法,为今后数控机床加工生产提供有力的帮助。
