为促进浦东新区和上海市社区卫生服务工作的发展,探索“家庭医生责任制”在发展社区卫生服务工作中的地位与作用,我们就浦东新区家庭医生责任制工作现状开展本次调查。1 材料与方法 运用社会学调查方法进行现场问卷调查。被调查对象为浦东新区沿江片15所一级医院(正院长答卷)。调查内容包括被调查医院的基本情况,医院社区卫生服务的管理体系及服务网络,家庭医生责任制的服务对象、形式与内容,服务收费与效益,对开展家庭医生责任制和发展社区卫生服务的认识等。2 结果与分析2·1 基本情况 15所一级医院均已推行家庭医生责任制工作,参
To promote the development of Pudong New Area and Shanghai community health service work and explore the status and role of “family doctor responsibility system” in the development of community health service work, we conducted this survey on the current status of family doctor responsibility system in Pudong New Area. 1 Materials and Methods Field surveys were conducted using sociological survey methods. The respondents were 15 primary hospitals along the Yangtze River in Pudong New Area (the dean’s answer). The investigation includes the basic situation of the hospital under investigation, the management system and service network of the hospital community health service, the service target, form and content of the family doctor responsibility system, service fees and benefits, the implementation of the family doctor responsibility system and the development of community health services. Recognition and so on. 2 Results and analysis 2.1 Basic information 15 hospitals of all levels have implemented family doctor responsibility system work.
