采用四氯化碳损伤离体大鼠灌流肝为模型,观察山莨菪碱、去甲肾上腺素及还原型谷胱甘肽对灌流量、ALT及病理形态学的影响。结果发现试验药品均使灌流量增加,ALT同时下降,形态学检查明显优于损伤组,揭示该模型可作为保肝药体外筛选模型。
CCl4-injured rat perfused liver was used as a model to observe the influence of anisodamine, norepinephrine and glutathione on perfusion, ALT and pathomorphology. The results showed that the experimental drugs were perfusion increased, ALT decreased at the same time, morphological examination was significantly better than the injury group, revealing the model can be used as a model of hepatoprotective in vitro screening.
