采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法分析鹰嘴豆中微量元素,以Ge、Sc、Bi、In为内标,测定了16种元素:K、Na、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe、Cr、Pb、Cd、Mo、Ni、Al、Hg、As,对检出限、回收率、精密度进行了研究。通过测定生物标准参考物质黄豆GBW10013,结果符合标准要求,该方法各元素检出限范围为0.01~0.05μg/g,相关系数(r)均大于0.998,各元素相对偏差均小于4.0%、加标回收率范围86.9%~100.5%。鹰嘴豆中Fe、Ca、K、Mg四种微量元素含量相对较高,Fe为176μg/g,Ca为2 750μg/g、K为16 560μg/g。
Samples were analyzed by microwave digestion and trace elements were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Ge, Sc, Bi and In were used as internal standards to determine 16 elements: K, Na, Ca, The detection limit, recovery and precision of Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn, Fe, Cr, Pb, Cd, Mo, Ni, Al, Hg and As were studied. The results showed that the detection limit of each element ranged from 0.01 to 0.05 μg / g and the correlation coefficient (r) was greater than 0.998.
