当今社会,餐饮行业蒸蒸日上,人们的艺术品味不断提高,主要表现为:陈设艺术在餐饮空间中的应用与体现,从而对餐饮空间提出了越来越高的要求。本文在对餐饮空间设计的基础上,对陈设艺术进行定义、分类,以家宴为切入点,以环境氛围、功能展示、审美理念、工艺特点等因素为理论基础,分析陈设艺术在餐饮空间中的应用,使之在营造空间氛围,提升文化品位方面起到积极的作用,同时也对博大精深的陈设艺术文化的研究起到积极作用。
In today’s society, the catering industry is thriving, people’s artistic tastes continue to improve, mainly as follows: furnishings art in the dining space and application of embodied, thereby placing higher and higher demands on the dining space. Based on the design of dining space, this paper defines and classifies the art of furnishings as the starting point of the family feast.
