“川化018”,NN'-甲撑-双-(2-氨基-5-锍基-1,3,4-噻二唑)(MBAMT),是四川省化工研究所首次合成的一种高效、低毒、防治水稻白叶枯病的新杀菌剂。它的高效液相色谱分析已有报导。但未见稻米中残留“川化018”及代谢产物测定方法的报导。本文叙述了一种稻米样品的快速前处理装置。用此装置能够在40分钟内,一步完成稻米中残留农药的萃取、净化和浓缩。方法快速,简便并且可避免一般方法在萃取和浓缩过程中因加热而造成的某些农药的分解和破坏。本文还叙述了在改性硅胶柱上,用正相液相色谱测定稻米中残留“川化018”及代谢产物,2 氨基-5巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑(AMT)的方法。
“Chuanhua 018”, NN’-methylene-bis- (2-amino-5-sulfonato-1,3,4- thiadiazole) (MBAMT), is an efficient , Low toxicity, prevention and control of rice bacterial leaf blight new fungicide. Its high performance liquid chromatography has been reported. However, there is no report on the method of determination of the residues of “Chuanhua 018” and metabolites in rice. This article describes a fast pretreatment device for rice samples. With this device, it is possible to complete the extraction, purification and concentration of residual pesticides in rice in 40 minutes. The method is rapid, simple and avoids the decomposition and destruction of certain pesticides caused by the heating of the general method during extraction and concentration. This paper also describes the method for the determination of residual “Chuanhua 018” and its metabolites, 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (AMT) in rice by using normal phase liquid chromatography on a modified silica gel column .
